For cable passages, coolant interfaces, dust protection and sealed automotive connections, JingZhan manufactures coordinated plastic parts built around the customer’s assembly and performance requirements. Tooling decisions are tied to the real assembly, including critical datums, visible surfaces, clips, bosses, ports and other functional interfaces.

During DFM and mold development, particular attention is given to continuous sealing lips and compression zones, clean cable and connector interfaces, and resistance to heat, moisture and automotive fluids. Material options include TPE, TPU, elastomeric compounds, PP and PA selected for sealing force, temperature and fluid exposure. Final resin selection is confirmed against the customer’s functional, appearance, compliance and cost requirements.
