CAD geometry is evaluated together with mating parts and production volume so the mold supports both validation and repeat manufacturing.

During DFM and mold development, particular attention is given to robust wall and rib structures, organized cable-entry and connector interfaces, and serviceable covers with stable sealing geometry. Material options include ABS, PC/ABS, PC, PA, POM, PMMA and other engineering resins selected for function and appearance. Final resin selection is confirmed against the customer’s functional, appearance, compliance and cost requirements.
